The bubble atc's need a fancy envelope to be send of and mail art happens to be Michelle Ward's Crusade N0.10 (click on the crusade button for her blog).
I used a few infamous fish, I printed lots last month... A rather dull, with lemons, decorated paper, smooshed with loads of ink, some stamping and I used my simple envelope template to fold the envelope. I adjusted the template to a standard size envelope. The envelope is lined with yellow tissue paper, kind of posh *lol*
